GAH, I don't understand how I can like a guy who's like 34 this year (actually, that's not very old, but he's married!). Must be batman's fault. I mean, I've always like batman, if I know when the cartoon's playing on kids central, I'll be like stuck on the sofa watching. Don't ask me why.
Anyway, I give the dark knight 5 stars and more! It's seriously very very good. Heath Ledger acted the joker very well. The batman was cool, gadgets were awesome, the plot was really entertaining, rachel's death didn't hurt that much & I'm still feeling sad for Bruce Wayne because rachel couldn't wait for him. She wanted to marry Harvey Dent. It's been like more than 24 hours but I all could think about was Christian Bale/ Bruce Wayne. My heart is aching at the fact that he doesn't that rachel doesn't love him/ can't wait for him and he is misguided that rachel loves him as much as he loves her.
You know after rachel wrote in the letter that she wasn't going to wait for bruce, it made the whole romantic scene of him saving her from the joker at the party really saddening. It was like woah, heroic, but what's the point. She just doesn't love him that much. You could see so much love on his face, but it won't be reciprocated, it never will. I really feel so sad for him. D:
The thing that can make people panic is fear.
The joker was great, it brought fear to me, I was like sitting up straight at times, adrenaline pumping because I was so scared that something would happened to bruce wayne. Ah! He and his stupid "why I got my scars" stories. When gordon "died" I was like, OMG, no, not him! Then they did quite well in making Harvey Dent's burnt face not so scary, so its like PG! LOLs. DAMN, I nearly forgot, THEY CRASHED A LAMBORGHINI! I was like OMG, not the lamborghini! Anything but the lamborghini! D: GAK. But christian bale's blur face was really cute. xD
Not forgetting the scene with the people on the boats, 1 with all the criminals, the other with people, normal people. Their decisions not to bomb the other boat to save themselves is really touching. Especially the one with criminals. Knowing that they were once wrong, its better to sacrifice themselves for others. Its as if they had no rights to ask others to save them.
It's 1155 and we're not dead. It means they haven't killed us yet/don't want to kill us too.
That scene and that line really makes me reflect a lot. I would never have seen the situation in such perspective. It shows how in some people's heart, they are really kind and willing to sacrifice for others, even though they don't have too. Yet, they are willing to do it, because they know its worth it.
& both boats didn't blow up, because the Joker lied. They won't blow up at 12.
DAMN, I LOVE THE DARK KNIGHT! I don't mind watching it a 1000 times and more, because its really worth it.
X-country yesterday, walked and ran in the fun run. Hahahahahs, this time macritchie didn't look so scary. :D
CIMB at night, gosh, Sg lost. D: MAS is really good. I'M SO GLAD I'M WORKING IN THE FINALS! It's like you are paying $40, $50 for seasonal tickets but I get to watch Nicole David(Women's world no. 1) and NATALIE GRINHAM(Women's world no. 2) play for free! :D The only sad thing is that I can't go on friday cause of CD concert. Then I can't see Jenny Duncalf play! D:
Have finally decided, I'm not going for grad night. I rather put the $ to better use. (:
